Do you supply paint?
Yes we do supply paint based on the customer’s budget.
Can customer supply their own paint?
Yes clients are more than welcome to source their own paint.
What type of paint do you use?
Depending on the specifics of your project, including the surface to be painted and the environmental conditions it will be exposed to, we’ll choose the paint type best suited to your needs.
Do you require a deposit to start painting?
All our work has a deposit fee before work commences.
How much will it cost?
Pricing is dependent on the size of the project, what the surface conditions are, what the colours are and how much materials will be needed. Best to understand cost is to schedule an appointment where we get a complete understanding of what your goals are and what will be required to complete the project.

How long will it take to paint my house?
A typical house exterior painting takes about 5-7 working days. It depends on the amount of sanding, repair, re-glazing etc. that is required.
Do you clean after completion of painting?
Yes after painting we put everything back where it was, we remove all of our own waste, scraps and materials. We vacuum if needed.
What about touch up paint?
SDR Maintenance always has paint left over at the end of a job and we leave that with you if you need some for future scuffs and marks touch-ups.
Do you also fill holes and cracks?
Can I stay home while you’re working?
Most cases its possible for homeowners to stay home while it is being painted. Depending on the size of the project and how long the work will affect critical areas such as the kitchen or bathrooms. If all surfaces of the roomshould be painted, the room will have to be no access until paint has dried. If the homeowner needs to stay during the project, we plan the project out so they can be as comfortable as possible.
